130.0 even!! During the week I weighed a coupls times - Once I was 129.8!! But I will settle at 130!

Last week: 115.3

Total loss: -1.3 lbs.

Slow month, 2.6 lbs for the entire month, but I am getting there, slowly.

Maintained this week. 113. I ate a tiny piece of ice cream cake last night. I haven't had ice cream in 2 years. Hope that doesn't throw me for a loop. It was good but not good as I remember. Guess that means I didn't really need it. Hope everyone has a good week!

I did get down to 131.8 on Friday but I am counting what I weighed today.
Slow month. I think I have only lost about 3 or 4 pounds for the month.

i think if I could GO, I'd lose more weight. This feeling is AWEFUL. Aaargh!

I hit my 5 month surgiversary on Friday the 25th.....

Last week: 139

This week: 138

I'll take it! Went shopping yesterday, and am now fitting into a 6! Unreal...... I have never been below an 8, at least as an adult. I find myself jumping between those two numbers right now... So exciting!
